The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Profitability, Company Size, GCG on abnormal returns and the indirect effect on CSR disclosure. The sample in this study was the LQ-45 company listed on the IDX in 2020. Data analysis used Path Analysis. The results of the path analysis study have directly shown that profitability, company size, GCG has a significant effect on CSRD with sig results less than 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of research using path analysis indirectly show that CSR disclosure is not able to strengthen the relationship between profitability, company size, GCG on abnormal returns.

Besides many benefits of the cell phone technology, numerous arguments are raised on the different and important negative effects of such a technology. This qualitative content analysis study explored the common usages of smart phone technology, its challenges, and benefits among Iranian college students. Participants were 32 bachelor degree students who were recruited using purposive sampling method with maximum variation. Data were collected through 11 individual semi-structured interviews and 3 focus group discussions (5-8 students in each group). Data analysis was done based on a conventional content analysis approach. Data analysis resulted in 3 main themes and 12 sub-themes. The main themes included “Easy life” (achieving information, handling school affairs, easy communication, and cheap communication); “Spending time” (virtual friendship, participation in various social networks, computer games, watching movies and cartoons, and reading stories and novels); and “The experience of challenges” (physical problems, psychosocial stress, and mood and behavioral problems). Based on the students' experiences about the smart phones technology usage, authorities, cultural institutions, and educational policy makers should encourage culture development using education through media and education during the early childhood and before using any software.

Research on the effect of STEM integration on learning outcomes is determined through Effect Size (ES). The ability of researchers to summarize articles on statistical domains (Mean, SD, Pre Test, Post Test, Chi Square, Coefficient r, t-Value, P-value) that are reviewed to place research positions as consideration in the needs analysis and introduction. Literature research results obtained from 42 articles sourced from Google Scholar, Science Direct and Elvesier relating STEM and learning outcomes. Meta analysis study based on the form of STEM learning outcomes, Integration Type, Publication Year, Education Level and ES value. The results of data analysis show the greatest use of STEM in the integration of Project Based Learning (PjBL) from the 8 integrations formed. Most of the research conducted at the level of Higher Education 47.6% had an effect on the learning outcomes of S-T-E-M. The ES value obtained ranges from 0.684 to 4.44 with an average of 0.93 high categories and ES determination R2 = 0.7458 or 74.58% contributing to the influence of STEM on learning outcomes. Based on data analysis, the learning outcomes are in the form of conceptual understanding, 21st century students' motivation and skills which include critical thinking skills, creative and problem solving as a provision for career skills preparedness in the future by solving global issues.
